Are nursing, pregnant, or trying to get pregnant

Have a pacemaker or major heart problems

Have any viral infection and/or disease

Have sunburn or frostbite

Have epilepsy/prone to seizures

Have blood disorders, such as hemophilia, sickle cell anemia, platelet disorder, etc
-
Have gotten botox or dermal fillers within past 3 weeks
-
Have gotten a chemical peel within past 3 weeks (must be fully healed)
-
Currently use products with Retin-A, such as Alpha or beta hydroxy acids
-
Currently on Cortizone, steroids, Accutane, or Renova
-
Currently taking blood thinning medication
-
Autoimmune disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, celiac, disease, etc
-
Skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, or psoriasis in treatment area
-
History of keloids
-
Allergic to metals, pigment color, or numbing cream (lidocaine, tetracaine, and epinephrine)
-
For eyeliner: I cannot proceed with procedure, if you have a stye, pink eye, or any eye diseases

Have thyroid condition

Have high blood pressure

If you are taking Coumadin or Heparin

For lips: if you have EVER had any type of cold sore in your whole life*
CANCELLATION POLICY:
I have implemented a booking fee policy to ensure that our clients appointments are confirmed and to minimize last-minute cancellation or no-shows. By providing me with sufficient notice, you allow me to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for availability. When scheduling an appointment, I kindly request a booking fee to secure your desired timeslot. This fee serves as a commitment from both parties, and will be applied towards the total cost of your service. I understand the unexpected things happen, if you need reschedule your appointment you have until 48 hours before appointment to let me know and then the booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment time. However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hour notice, the booking fee will be NOT be refunded. Not showing up to scheduled appointments will be considered no show and your booking fee will NOT be refunded.
LATE POLICY:
I have a 15 minute late grace period, after that it is considered a no show and booking fee will NOT be refunded

For all credit/debit card transactions, there will be a 3% fee

WHAT IS PERMANENT MAKEUP?
Permanent Makeup or Cosmetic Tattooing is a technique that applies permanent pigment into the dermis (skin) that allows a desired look to be achieved that resembles makeup. This is preformed under a sterile environment
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
Yes. I am licensed, certified, and insured
DOES IT HURT?
There will be minimal pain as I apply numbing cream before and during the procedure
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
The procedure can take anywhere from 1 hour to 2.5 hours depending on type of service
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Pigment can last anywhere from 1 to 5 years depending on how your body takes in the pigment, how well you follow aftercare process, and the types of products you're using on your skin.
ARE TOUCH-UPS REQUIRED?
Although touch-ups aren't technically required, they are necessary to give the best results possible. Annual touch-ups boost the longevity of the healed results.
